At Kevu Style, we are committed to providing a reliable and satisfying shopping experience. Customers are offered the option to return products within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

3. The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged and intact.
4. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order number, must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Personal or hygiene-related items that cannot be resold once opened.
• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged or differs from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may request photos or video evidence to help expedite the review process.
If the issue is confirmed, Kevu Style will cover all related costs and will either:
• Replace the item, or
• Issue a full refund with no additional charges.

4. Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in standard return cases.
• Kevu Style will cover return shipping only when the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong or damaged item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the store is at fault.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund request will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refund Methods:
• Online Payments (Card, Apple Pay, STC Pay):
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer directly to the customer’s account.
Bank details (Name – IBAN – Bank Name) will be requested after the return is approved.
Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank’s processing time.
